30-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy on all products purchased from our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of processing your return and restocking the item.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team by emailing root@marbasec.com. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

Package your item securely, including the RMA number and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, minus the 20% restocking fee.
Exceptions
Please note that certain items may be exempt from our refund policy, such as gift cards, customized products, or perishable goods. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable in their product descriptions.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, or your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at root@marbasec.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team.
