Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all addresses within the United States, including residential, commercial, and P.O. boxes. Shipping options include:

  2. Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MarbaSec LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be applied to international orders. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of your shipment. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information on any fees that may apply to your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at root@marbasec.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund if necessary. Please note that you must report any damage or lost packages within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
